Stopped on a trip from Nevada. Hotel is centrally located but very quiet. Room was impeccable with nice view of river. Staff very friendly. We’ll stay again.

Location trumps everything else. Here for the Track and Field championships. It is the place to stay as you can walk 2 blocks to the stadium. Lots of fans were staying here. But the owners know it and the prices are off the charts for well below average rooms. Rooms are small. Dank but clean. Smells musty. AC units are old. Dark room with little light. Beds and pillow just average at best. Breakfast is the standard plastic fair but passable. I would not stay here again if it was not for the location but I will prob be back next year. On the other hand the staff are great.

The hotel and amenities are a bit dated/is in need of update for the price paid. This hotel in its current state should be like 110$ tops before tax a night not what you are about to pay, otherwise everything else was ok.

For the most part this motel is very good. My last experience was not so good. I woke up to ants coving my bedside table. I went to the front desk to let them know and said they would sent a maintenance guy to spray behind the table. I ask the guy if we are expected to stay in the room with the smell and he just said it would go away in a bit? I also found ants in the shower. The same day when I got back at midnight my room door was ajar. Nothing was missing but I let the front desk know. I have not heard from the motel manager, it is as if they don't care. My favorite place to stay in Eugene let me down.

Five Stars!
What a great find! Clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff and even excellent in-room coffee. An amazing breakfast with so many choices! Large, clean breakfast room. You can never predict other people in a hotel/motel but it was very quiet through the night which made for restful sleep. You can't beat this place - quality and value!
