I'm not happy with your service on Christmas Eve
I had made a reservation for us to stay at this motel and looking forward the the hot tub and when i checked in they said we can't rent you a room on Christmas Eve And that put us into depression and really hard for us that they didn't tell us that they couldn't run to us all because of my husband's medical issue that happened and we will find another place that has better hot tubs and better service and better food that respect veterans that have medical issues

Over priced Motel with Horrible management
The front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was just, okay. The host was friendly, helpful and she made sure the food stayed stocked. I can't say anything positive about the management at this motel. And yes! it's a motel. Don't let their website photo fool you. We had an issue with the plumbing the first night and then again the second night. It was inconvenient and interrupted our stay there. For the amount of money we paid to this place, the manager refused to offer a discount or offer extra points, he didnt even apologize. Despite how hard the staff works and how excellent they are at their jobs, the manager here has a horrible attitude and he alone is the reason I rated this motel a one star. 👎 You can do better than this Best Western.

Surprisingly great for a motel
The picture does not depict a motel sandwiched in a strip between two one-way highways, so we were a little concerned when we arrived. We also had some confusion finding the main office. Once we did, however, things were on the up and up. Check-in was quick and friendly, ice machine was nearby, room was very spacious (we had booked a 2-bed, wet-bar, sofa room), and the road noise disappeared at night. We slept well and the hot breakfast was very good. Parking was ample and we were able to park at the base of the stairs (it's an open motel-type style). You can exit either side going north or south on 101, so it's convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very reasonably priced compared to other Oregon hotels on our trip.

OK Choice
Location: In downtown. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Some road noise in the early evening and morning. Hotel: Half motel/half hotel. Three floors, no elevators. Good internet at 15.25 Mbps download. Business center is one computer, one printer in a public area. Room: Standard fare. Good office chair. Decent mattress. Toilet lid and seat were loose. The sink is very low. at thigh height...maybe a wheel chair room. The right plug on the desk lamp doesn't work. Staff: Friendly and professional. Breakfast: Well stocked and attended. Had granola, breakfast toppings and English muffins which some hotels don't have. Fitness Room: It is a room off the pool area...humid. One elliptical, one recumbent bike, one treadmill and one universal weight machine. Hard rubberized floor with no floor mats. No dumb bells. Mold on pool wall near restrooms. TV did not work properly.
