Beautiful and relaxing hotel
This was such a wonderful hotel to stay at for my business trip! I had a first floor room that was conveniently located to the ice machine, fitness room, and outdoor pool! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me when I asked about the vent in the bathroom. It was not loud and I had concerns that perhaps it wasn't working. The vent in the bathroom is just very quiet, it got rid of all the steam! The bed was very comfortable, I wore the robe each night I was there, and it was just a very nice place to lay down at the end of a very exhausting day. The desk and chair were very convenient to do my late night work. If you heated up some chili for dinner, the smell went away pretty quickly. The fitness room was very clean and fully stocked with towels and water. I didn't swim in the pool, but I sure relaxed in the hot tub (I loved that it was an outdoor swimming area). Breakfast was at the restaurant onsite, which made for a very nice ambiance. The cheesy eggs were the best I've ever had at a hotel! The Japanese garden was such a nice place to walk around and just sit and relax for a while. I loved this place. I am going to find a reason to be in the Lebanon area so that I can stay here again!

Just perfect...
Accommodating and friendly staff. Beautiful and clean rooms. Delicious hot and cold breakfast. Beautiful outside area to eat, walk or just sit and relax. We ended up with a suite...totally worth the rate.

A special place to celebrate a special occasion.
A hidden gem that we were very happy to have found and experience a wonderful three night stay to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We look forward to another stay in the very near future.

Acre of Japanese Koi Ponds in the Willamette Valley - Wonderful Service, Room, & Meals
This is an astounding hotel, in the middle of the desert-dry, farmland of the Willamette Valley in Oregon! They have an acre of Japanese Gardens in the back with fountains, bubbling streams, and Koi the size of your arm (which can be fed with 50-cent containers of fish food upon request from the front desk)! Meandering white-sand trails with 6 or 7 secluded little nooks (pagodas, stone slab seats, etc.) for quiet discussions and meaningful meditation. Be sure to get a room with Garden View. Speaking of rooms, a standard single king bed gets you a comfortable living room & study area with entertainment screen, a spacious double-sink washroom with spa-like water controls (4), a kitchen/sink area with fridge/freezer and microwave, and in the winter a bedroom fireplace or AC in summer. I had a wonderful experience booking (excellent rate), front desk staff (Kathy Norris and Trainee Dana) were particularly friendly and helpful (printing files for an event for me at the desk --- although they have a Business Centre for more standard Flashdrive document printing, airport check-in, etc. The included breakfast (6:30-10:00 am) in the restaurant is the best I have had in any mid-priced hotel, and the regular fare in the restaurant ranges from excellent appetizers (which you can enjoy with wine or beer on the patio overlooking the Koi ponds), casual plates (fish & chips, burgers, etc.) which you can have served to your room, or formal dining (Ribeye or New York Steaks, and Pastas/Salads/Other Vegetarian Options). Overall, a wonderful experience for 4 days! Thanks!
