Don't expect the property to be smoke free. Hotel staff smokes on the property. Don't expect hotel staff to resolve the issue.

we can see that there’s been deferred maintenance on the exterior of this building and it makes an impact of knowing that there’s not a lot of extra Care being given to such a beautiful hotel. The Plumbing has issues the sink drain was not draining at all and the shower drain has a major back up while we used the shower! Completely disgusting with cups of hair coming back up! and they just gave us a new room but act like it’s not really an issue??? Pros the breakfast is great And the view is amazing. It really is such a lovely place. We’ve been going for 30 years, but it’s definitely in need of attention and not excuses.

A great place to stay
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time . The view from our room was amazing and we loved the room with the panoramic view of the ocean . The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very good , with a lot of choices to choose from .
