Building location is fantastic. It has great views & proximity to the harbor restaurants & shops. It is a very busy stretch of beach. If you are looking for a more secluded, private experience, this is not it. With the RV park, jetty & day use area so close, there's tons of people with barking dogs & screaming kids. Room had all the basics, fridge, micro, coffee maker, etc. Shower was amazing. Third floor was pretty good for balcony noise, however, being straight across from the elevator meant you could hear luggage carts & talking right outside the door. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options to start your day.

Will definitely come again. Great place to stay.
We stayed 2 nights here and couldn't be happier. We needed a room that was accessible by elevator and we were upgraded to a nicer room at no extra cost. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view was wonderful. Breakfast consisted of a variety of selections, and the dining room was well attended by employees.

Wonderful place to stay!! Services is Great!! Great location especially if you like drift wood and rocks, walking distance from your room! And They allow pets ❤️🐾 Rooms are beautiful! Never had a problem! Can’t wait for our next trip to Brookings!!
