Enjoyed our stay!

I didn’t really care for the beds, and we had a little third party reservation mess up but they handled it promptly! The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi! We really enjoyed the free hot breakfast with Trish! She made the stay even better! She was so sweet and helpful both mornings while I was trying to get my kids their food. Getting anything we needed and making it a pleasant start to both our days!

The pet-friendly room was clean, however one of the beds was very uncomfortable; staff was pleasant; pool and hot tub were enjoyable; Trish ran a wonderful breakfast buffet, keeping everything fresh and hot - make sure to request a hot breakfast of sausage, eggs, and potatoes in addition to the rest of everything offered!

The Staff was truly amazing. I want to give a big shout out to Cristina S, one of the Front Desk Agents. I witnessed her helping a customer on the phone, having all the patience of a Saint..returning to a line of customers and helping each person with the highest level of courtesy.. A great place to stay and a great staff.

Quit looking and reserve your room here already.

Awesome staff, super clean rooms. Best place to stay in Lincoln city. Room was quiet and everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating. The night clerk (sorry forgot his name), night manager and Laura went out of their way for us. Was a very bad week and they just made it better. We will be back and refer all our friends and family.

A great visit!

The entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. In specific, Trish, the woman serving breakfast in the morning had an incredibly charismatic warmth and was a big reason for our days starting off so well. Thanks to Kat and Laura as well for their hospitality and welcoming service at the front desk!
