Worst KOA
Surprised that they can carry the name KOA! We gravitate to KOA parks because they are normally well laid out. This one is not! I will reconsider not using KOA parks for future bookings. This is the worst we have ever seen. Sites are very tight, close together and certainly not big rig friendly! Appears that many of the sites are occupied by permanent residents or seasonal. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the price. We camped at Pendleton KOA Journey in a Motorhome.

Great location
I appreciated the signs all the way to the RV park. We were on a long road trip and it was great to check in after hours and still be able to do laundry! We have dogs and it was great to have grass at our site. If you have pets, make sure you select a site with grass since not all have them and the asphalt gets VERY HOT in the summer. Your fur babies will burn their pads. We chose a view site and the scenery was beautiful! Also great staff.

Keep on driving
If you like tight spaces then you’ll be right at here! Spaces are small, spots 24-55 , have RV’s back to back, we had about 2.5-3’ between the back of our RV and the RV behind us. Limited green space or shrubbery between spaces, I think Walmart parking lot would have been more peaceful! Very little outside space is offered at our space, #67, and I don’t think we could even extend our awning without going into the space next to us. Just disappointed with how this park was designed and lacked any thought about the campers experience and more focused on maximizing the number of RVs they could pack onto their property! Further, the spaces are all paved/concrete, but we’re far from level. Our 33’ class C had its front tires 6-8” off the ground once our auto levers had been deployed. Appears there are a lot of long term tenants staying here. WiFi doesn’t work well. Best thing is we are staying for one night and so thankful we didn’t book a longer stay.

1950-60 RV park
This park was clean and the staff was friendly. However It is real tight for larger RVs. We had the “Premier” site with a patio. There was a canopy with furniture. The sewer was in a logical location. The water and electricity was on the right side. There was a green garden hose, not white RV hose attached to the water hydrant so that it could be stretched under the RV to reach RV hookup. There was a long extension cord hooked to the electrical pedestal so that it too could stretch under the RV. We only had about 105 volts so we only ran one air conditioner. The “Premier” site was supposedly a pull through. However we did not have room to pull straight out but had to back out.

Don't stay here
We checked in so we could visit with family. A lot of park residents sitting around their trailers with grumpy faces, very unwelcoming. We weren't there but maybe three hours with a fussy toddler who was screaming because he had been in a car seat for our long trip to get there when a knock on our trailer door was met by someone saying they had complaints about the screaming and "It's not going to be a problem; is it?" How rude of them and we won't be staying there again. Heading over to another RV park in town which looks nicer anyway.
