This hotel has thought of everything you could need during your stay and was quite comfortable. I selected it due to the Trip Advisor rating and the location. I was in a King Suite. The bathroom had 2 skylights which were a nice touch to let in the light. It is within walking distance of food and the river. There is a park right across the street. It is truly off the main drag. I did drive to Point Butte which was less than 5 minutes and a nice view for another 5. You can walk up it. They recommended the High Desert Museum and it was well worth the short drive. It also has a cafe where I had the Ahi Tuna which was delicious. Do not judge this hotel by its cover-when I pulled up I thought Trip Advisor got its rating wrong but I was wrong. I’d stay here again if visiting Bend again.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in years. My suite was well laid out and in perfect operating order. It was quiet and comfortable. And the staff were so friendly and professional. They do have one issue to deal with. The TV system is Roku based. You cannot watch network programming or other stations. Only streaming programs are available. Plus the Roku system went down twice during my September 2025 stay. If they get a good cable or satellite TV system, this hotel will be perfect!

Enjoyable stay
We loved this quaint, clean hotel/motel. Convenient to downtown walking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

All the extras and MORE
This is the best little place! The room have every amenity you could ever want, super hot water, great beds. Our room had very high quality touches and we really couldn’t ask for more! Plus it was so quiet. AND complimentary adult beverage which totally sold me in the first 60 seconds.

Cozy, Clean, Great Location....Perfect.
First class stay of 3 nights in an extremely clean and well furnished room. Cozy. Beautiful bathroom with local lavender lemongrass toiletries. Nicest employees. Dedicated parking spot. Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the highway. Nothing bad to say.
