Great Hotel and Great Location!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly every step of the way. The check in process was a breeze. My room was spacious and very well kept. I enjoyed my patio every morning and evening. The location was unbeatable. The restaurant on the first floor was delicious and is a great place to start your day!

Lovely Downtown Hotel

Lovely hotel in downtown Portland. I stayed here for a friend’s wedding. The on site restaurant had a delicious breakfast. I felt safe and was close to public transportation and great food truck/restaurant options. Definitely recommend!! Staff was really helpful too! My favorite part was by far the cleanliness of the room and the nice big tub which I soaked in :) cute balcony and view from my room too!!

Great Stay

Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Comfortable location. The food was delicious. Having such a large hotel with valet always worries me that I’ll be waiting for my vehicle or not able to pull up to the hotel and get timely assistance, that was never an issue.

Worst experience

When I checked in, they took $220 security deposit for 2 nights. When I checked out, they said they will deduct $70 for the amenity fee for 2 days. I told the receptionist that no one told us about this fee. The day I checked in, the receptionist just said $110 per night for the security deposit, never mentioned about $35 amenity fee per day. The attitude of the receptionist was rude ác she said we deducted $70 and you will receive thd remaining balance. No explanation no apology. Worst experience ever.

As usual, great hotel, very clean, safe and superb customer service by everyone in the staff! The hotel location is a plus for us. However, the staff makes it even better during our stay. Keep up the great work.
