Do Not Stay At The Heathman
No day housekeeping. No room service. No mini bar. Housekeeping doesn’t even come on the third day of your stay as they claim. Dirty shower. Tiny room. Heathman provides motel service and claims they are a four-star hotel 😂 It’s a huge bait and switch. Stay elsewhere. My coworkers stayed at other hotels and all got daily housekeeping, room service, mini bars, clean bathrooms

Great spot to stay downtown!
This hotel is clean and reasonably priced. It has extremely nice and friendly staff. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Pearl District with lots of shopping and dinning. A beautiful old building with nicely renovated lobby and dinning areas.

Gorgeous hotel, great location
We had a quick visit to Portland and thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Heathman Hotel and wished we had more time to explore. The hotel interior was lovely, including a stunning library lounge with a two-story bookcase, chandelier and art gallery. Rooms were very comfortable with several amenities, including comfy robes and quality in-room coffee. There was a ton of shopping, restaurants, parks and entertainment within walking distance. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. We would definitely return!

Home at the Heathman
Great boutique hotel, the kind where the valet remembers your name and the front desk finds a yoga mat for your morning workout. The Library serves up a good cocktail and the food is reasonably priced for a downtown hotel Overall, it was a lovely experience and I will be back!

Centrally located, friendly staff, super clean
A very nice hotel, though the bathroom we had was very poorly laid out and crazy small. The rooms are wonderfully clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Though I will say I think the overnight parking fee is out of line.
