Total nitemare, key cards were down we had 1 card which means we couldn't split up and do things, horrible food at the resort restaurant. No one explained at checkin that turndown service is only every 3 days, I was told there was a note on the counter in room. I was busy dealing with canceling plans since we couldn't split up and do activities with 1 key card, the staff didnt even have a key. There was no coffee for the next day and I was basically told this my fault after texting the resort with no responses.
Great golf but the vacation homes have problems. We had my sons wedding and stayed 4 nights.We had a broken dish washer and the air-condition quit after 2 days. For the prices they charge for a homes per night it wasn't good at all. Not enough supplies and poor service from house keeping.
Absolutely beautiful venue and grounds for a location family wedding. Warm pool and hot tub. Nice kids little park. Great views and trees enhanced privacy between homes.
Meh, meh, meh…. Beautiful location. Staff responsiveness, especially answering the phone (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Restaurants) shockingly non- existent. For approximately $600+ per night it fell short
Fantastic option for small corporate retreat! The house and amenities were great. Service and facilities were top notch.
