We had a lovely stay at Hotel Lucia. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the art and decor. The room was small, but we were perfectly fine with that, as it was only my husband and me.

Great stay in Portland!
Great hotel in a fantastic downtown location. Nice style, friendly and helpful staff - the arcade games and beer hour were a definite plus! Will definitely stay here the next time we come to Portland.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, beautiful clean rooms. There are ingesting at pieces throughout. My teenage boys enjoyed playing the pinball games

Aaron and his coworker at the front desk were great. Got us into an Upgraded room and were very pleasant.

The website does a wonderful job selling a vision this hotel can't deliver on. The property is outdated, the restaurant is closed, and the staff looked like they couldn't be bothered. The bathroom and shower left lots to be desired. No one was ever at the valet stand, but the garage across the street is easy and cheaper anyway.
