The caretaker needed care and this was the perfect stop! Quiet with lots of amenities that made life easy. The spa deserves five stars, don’t pass on it. The on-site movie house and restaurants were so well done and reasonable. Thank you Five Pines!!

A very happy accident.
Literally, an accidental stop. But, what an experience! I had stopped "for just a moment" to get something to-go from the restaurant, while towing a rather large boat over the mountains. Suddenly my ignition key failed and there I was. Stuck. It took another day to get that problem solved. I went rather sheepishly to the front desk, toy poodle under my arm...hoping for the best. Well, the physical plant is a wonder of style, practical layout, and simply elegance. But, more important, I believe: Out exploring the grounds, restaurant, housekeeping area, etc., with my little dog, I managed to meet several folks working there. EVERYONE OF THEM TOLD ME HOW HAPPY THEY WERE TO WORK FOR THIS PLACE. Something like that just doesn't happen. I have several careers in management, customer service, and organizational leadership. All I can say, is keep doing what ever it is, because it IS working! Dan Rogers

A must stay!
The Serenity cabin was so nice and clean, we loved everything about it! We will definitely come back!
