Over and above expectations
One of my colleagues stayed at the hotel and they provided EXCELLENT service. My team mailed a package to the hotel and it didn’t arrive in time enough for him to take it to a very important sales meeting. The manager, Mica, made arrangements for one of his account managers to deliver the package to my colleague, enabling him to distribute the materials before he left the site. Micah and his team go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a great experience while visiting Portland! They’re the best!

Great stay at the Dossier
I had such a great staycation at the Dossier this week just needed to get away from the noise and relax, and that was so easy to do here. Everything was amazing. The room was comfortable. The staff was welcoming the food, the bar everything was great. I got to work remotely at the nice big desk in the room and take some relaxing baths. Everything worked well and was clean super cozy. This place is kind of a best kept secret. I highly recommend. Also wanted to thank Mica Breezy Jacob Dom Matty Becca and Devi for their amazing service and hospitality I’m not good with names, but I’ll remember theirs because it was such a good experience. Thanks y’all!

Everything was amazing! This is our 3rd time staying at Dossier and we will definitely be back!! We were incredibly grateful for the staff and particularly Matty. Matty was kind, Knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful! He is an asset to your hotel for sure! Thank you for everything!
