So so, wouldn't stay again.
I get what the hotel was going for with the "vibe" but our room could've been cleaner and more updated. It felt "moist" in the room and the bed was super soft----too soft. Also there was a homeless "camp" right behind our room which was a bit unsettling. All in all there are better places in Bend to stay for about the same price.

Very nice hotel
This is not a hotel, it is an adventure. The room is spacious and very lively, with great furniture and outspoken style, all in the style of the whole hotel. The campfire is a magnificent place to cozy up and meet other travellers. And the staff is terriffic.

Nice space, nice amenities! A bit noisy
The hotel is not in the best area of bend. It’s easy to get to from downtown which is nice. The remodel of an old motel was nicely done. Had a pool, a large campfire/meeting place. A bar on site. We got there kinda late so sadly didn’t get to use any of the amnesties besides the fire. The rooms were decorated cute, offered a ton of charge amnesties that were nice to have if you wanted something like jerky, smores, CBD bath soak! It was a nice touch. However the main downfall of this hotel is it’s super nosey. You could hear everything from those above and next to you. The sound proofing could use work. They do offer free ear plugs which is a nice touch but would consider investing in some soundproofing material! Overall cute and nice stay with friends if you’re out and about most of the time!

I would never come back or suggest it to anyone
On the advertising it suggest price around 105 per night. It also says quiet. I paid 413 per night and it was noisy till 2:30 in the morning around the campfire. My room was directly above the campfire area room 217. I got three hours of sleep at night after everybody went to bed. Your staff in the lobby who checked me in was very rude. No hospitality skills. I got there at 7:30 PM to check in no one in the lobby gift shop or bar which are all connected. I could’ve walked out with tons of merchandise that I chose. I waited around for about five minutes no one showed. I called the hotel lobby while I was in the lobby. Listen to it ring for at least five minutes. Nobody ever answered it. Finally somebody mosey in and I asked her if she worked here and she said yes. She didn’t ask me if she could help me she didn’t say sorry for your wait. Nothing I said I’d like to check in. She says OK. Throughout the whole check in process, she spoke to me. Very rudely and was not helpful . While waiting for somebody, I use the lobby bathrooms both of which had poop in the toilet and we’re not in working order. Totally disgusting and filthy. I would never come back to this raunchy place again and I will make sure everybody I know knows about it. Worst hotel stay ever and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I wish I could give it a minus rating. It doesn’t even deserve one star. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the room that I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was told housekeeping is optional never heard of such a thing. I would have to ask for it if I wanted it. For the price I paid almost $900 for two nights stay I expected some class. This place has no class.

Do Not Stay
We do not recommend this place at ALL!!! The most rude staff at desk and uninformative booking . We paid full price and chose to move on after dealing with the place. It also looks nothing like the pictures! It is totally a different spot that looks like a hole in the wall with a decent rustic lobby!
