James and his wife have a beautiful bed and breakfast in Staton, Oregon. We stopped by to hear the stories about his father being in NASA and decided to have lunch, which was outstanding. My children loved it so much that they would like to go back to hear more about NASA and his father. My son, Dr. Irving swears that he is going to work for NASA, ever since he’s been five and now he’s 13 and he still has the passion and dream which makes it incredible to hear James‘s father‘s stories. The knowledge that James knows about the molecular structure of water vibration is the passion that I’ve been into and I would like to discuss more of that with him so me and my family will be absolutely going back..

Nice Quiet Bed and Breakfast with Great Food
We recently stayed at this bed and breakfast and were very happy with our choice. The cottage was very quiet and contained everything we could have needed. The owners run a bakery and café on the side so we ate there and the food was very good. Breakfast came with our stay. The owner's father was Joseph Loftus, an astronaut with NASA and he has a micro-museum on the property to show you if you're interested. It was very interesting. The town has several collectible and oddity shops and a very nice couple of walking parks that are peaceful and give you a good chance to stretch your legs. Great stay and we hope to stay there again.

History!
James is a wealth of information on the history of the NASA days of discovery. He grew up around some incredible people, true pioneers in space. And the food is wonderful as well. Will definitely be going back!

Best breakfast ever at a B&B
Very pleasant stay... had an interesting, octagonal, Victorian bedroom, a full kitchen, and private bath. The owners also run a bakery/restaurant in the same building, and we were able to select from the menu... delicious. Also enjoyed the NASA Space memorabilia displayed in the restaurant.

Gardner House
Very quaint and secluded. Wonderful breakfast and host. Stayed 2 nights with my son while visiting family. Within walking distance to downtown Stayton. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Highly recommend!
