What a beautiful B&B! The place was exactly what we needed for a two night stay. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of coffee, tea, and special treats awaited us! The location was very walkable to downtown which was an added plus. Coming and going was very easy and the parking was right on the property. The water feature off the balcony was an added bonus. If we are to ever to come back to the area, we would stay here again without question! Lisa and Stu C

☆☆☆☆☆ CLEAN, COMFORTABLE PERFECTION ☆☆☆☆☆ I can not even begin to describe how nice this condo is! Sara and John truly take pride in what they do. There weren't even dust bunnies under the bed. Oh my goodness, the bed! It is so very comfortable! Dual adjustable bases! We did not want to leave. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and then some. There is a private little patio with a bbq, table and chairs just off of the bedroom. No one can see you there. The bathroom and separate laundry room were immaculate. The living area is comfortable and stylish with a beautiful view. Checking in and out was a breeze and they even had a premium parking spot ready for us. From the front patio, we sat and watched hummingbirds bathe in the fountain. Easy walking distance to Old Town and all the shops and restaurants. This stay made our 10yr anniversary so very special. We will be back!!

You will LOVE staying here!! Book it!!!
If this is available, BOOK IT!!! You can ignore any bad reviews that are old, new owners did an extensive remodel in 2020 and are the nicest, warmest people on the planet! We were blown away by their hospitality and the amazing food! We actually stayed in the "condo" attached to the property and it was a large one bedroom with a huge fully stocked kitchen, ideal if staying more than a night or two. You will not find a better location! At the end of the main street with all of the restaurants and shops, so no noise or traffic (easy parking) and yet you walk out the door and not even half a block and you are right there. We went by a few other places we looked at online, and this was without a doubt the best location.

Wonderful weekend
Great place for a relaxing weekend! The four course breakfasts were delicious, the hosts thoughtful, and the room very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of Old Town Florence, with lots of interesting specialty shops. If you like taking walks on the beach, visit Heceta Head beach.

So much care in every detail...
My husband couldn't have found us a better get-away. The location is great - within walking distance of the restaurants and the charming shops. The room was a lovely escape, with a waterfall outside to lull us to sleep. The B&B is so boutique and each detail shows a loving hand - the glass hearts hanging from the lights, the thoughtfully-curated treats and meals, the bench in the shower, the welcome gift bag - too many things to mention. The robes, fuzzy socks, the linen spray... The hand-baked treats... The take-with-you snacks... All homemade, All heartmade. The breakfasts are a-maz-ing - all from scratch! Special dietary requests were taken in without a bat of an eyelash and our hostess surprised us by shopping for a specialty tea that I prefer. What a wonderful escape from the world. We'll be back.
