A perfect place to stay!
My wife and I, from out of town, stayed here recently to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The inn was clean and very well kept up, totally meeting our expectations. Every corner of every room was quaintly and beautifully decorated. You could clearly see the pride of ownership everywhere you looked. The inn-keeper made us a different fresh breakfast each of our two mornings here. She was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her while we ate breakfast. She was very helpful in answering our questions and making recommendations for places in town to visit and dine. Astoria is an older, well-established town with period buildings. At no time did we feel unsafe staying here, there were no signs of homelessness in the vicinity; the area around the B&B was no different than any of the many areas of Astoria that we visited. We parked our car right in front of the B&B on both nights, without any problem or issues. We'd gladly stay here again!

UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD!
UNSAFE AREA! The street next to the bed and breakfast had 5 cars with homeless people living in them. You could see them from the bedroom window. We walked to the river and heard a man asking a woman with an "open for business" sign on her neck ask for meth while throwing money at her. We are from the Chicago area and have seen a lot of things. The neighborhood by the Crosby house bed and breakfast made us very uncomfortable. We left within 10 minutes of getting there. When we contacted the owner to let them know that we were pretty worried about staying in this unsafe neighborhood and we would not be staying they told us that we would get no refund...not half of our two night stay...NOTHING of our 400 dollars would be refunded. We didn't eat their food, use their water, touch their sheets or bath towels. There was nothing they needed to do to clean up the space. They were more concerned with their policy than they are about their customers. Instead of trying to understand my position they sent their policy in writing to me. This is a pretty poor way to run a business. We drove to Cannon beach and found a place where we felt comfortable leaving the windows open and walking around the town after the sun went down.

One of the best experiences in my lifetime!
This was my first experience in a bed and breakfast, and it did not disappoint! The home was so inviting. It was evident a lot of time and effort was spent to restore it. My room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. Loved having a private bath, access to the balcony and a small kitchen upstairs. Jasmine was the perfect host and made thost amazing breakfasts! I was able to walk to downtown Astoria. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy and quaint
The location is central to both ends of town. Our room had a view although the traffic noise can be loud depending upon the time of day. The daughter in law is taking the reins of the place and is doing a great job of managing everything. The coffee kitchen and back porch are nice for sitting outside

A very nice bed&breakfast, conveniently located in town with on street parking. Very pleasant atmosphere, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended as a great lodging choice in the area.
