5 Star ⭐️ in every way!
This is the very best B & B I have ever stayed at! I went with a bunch of girlfriends for a nature retreat that the host Jacqui set up for us. OR has magnificent forests. The atmosphere of the Bayberry Inn couldn’t be more quaint, comfortable, & inviting! The hosts, Billy & Jacqui, are excellent, so friendly & helpful in every way. The breakfasts are delicious! This was the second year I stayed with them. I’d stay no way else! Bayberry Inn is 5 Star in every way! Thanks Jacqui & Billy. Looking forward to seeing you in 2026😊

False advertising
This B&B is a house on the main road leading into Ashland. There is a burger drive-in on one side and a small office park on the other. I was under the impression that it was in a peaceful part of town, but it is a house with a small yard. Our room faced the busy street and we had to put on green noise to mask the sound of cars. It is walkable to downtown and other attractions in Ashland. Breakfast left much to be desired. I asked for GF breakfasts and was charged $12/day for this request. The first 2 breakfasts were gluten free for all of the guests, not just me. I don't think it's fair that I am charged extra when I do not require a special breakfast. I got the same breakfast as everyone else. The 3rd breakfast was "french toast", where I received GF bread, but literally the breakfast was a piece of toast drowned in syrup. It was disgusting. Side note: no one at the table finished this breakfast. Just for info: breakfast is served at 9am, which for me seemed late. This is a fine place to stay if you are visiting Ashland and pricing seems to be in line with other options. My disappointment came with the way it is billed. The owners referred to it as "the property" (it is a semi-urban house with a small yard) and lead me to believe it was serene. It was not.

Summer trip!
Lovely! Jacqui and Billy hosted us for a 4- night stay family meet up. What a cozy and providing place and a short walk into towm where we explored hiking trails, a theatre show and some high tea. Grateful for all of the recommendations of what to do without a vehicle. I will definitely be back :)

The Bayberry Inn is my special Ashland get-away.
The Bayberry Inn is the most beautiful Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed in. The living room has plush and inviting furniture and the decor is gorgeous. During the day there is lovely music playing softly in the background. The dining room is equally attractive and has a very large table where a gourmet breakfast is served. If you stay more than one night, you are likely to have a different homemade meal each day--all delicious. The guest bedrooms each have their own special touches and it is enjoyable selecting a room. Ashland is an inviting town with great theater, nice restaurants, a beautiful park, wineries and more but the most inviting thing that gets me returning to Ashland again and again in the wonderful Bayberry Inn. Thanks so much Jacqui and Billy!

Amazing!
We had a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful and welcoming bed and breakfast. We can’t wait to go back and stay again soon! Jacque and Billy were fantastic hosts. I loved waking up and watching the deer in the garden while I had my coffee.
