Aside from the dirty bar of soap left on the bathtub… 2 rooms for a family outing. A high chair tray got accidentally left in one of the rooms. My daughter called repeatedly; no one called back. My husband called repeatedly and only got the manager, Ms Bell after much advocacy on his part. She attempted to make excuses and conveniently rearranged the facts. She finally agreed their lost and found nonexistent policy was a problem. Her response was insipid to say the least. To say I and my daughter and the entire two families felt ripped off, is just the tip. Will not be back to neither Oregon Garden Resort nor any of their Moonstone properties.

Annual trip to the Garden Resort. Love it there. Good food and live music in the evening. Atmosphere is amazing 👏. Location the Garden is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and lovely.

Outstanding Value
Everything I look for in an overnight stay: Clean, modern, quiet rooms, pleasant staff, close to the room free parking. Includes buffet breakfast with real scrambled eggs. The Hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a variety of items. The room includes admission to the 80 acre garden - a worthwhile destination in itself. We are looking forward to returning for their Christmas Market.

The precious room with private gardens are unique-farm decor. The property landscaping is exceptional. Entrance to Oregon Gardens and breakfast (sadly the eggs are dry and bland-but the blueberry compote is super) with the room-a great deal. The rooms can be a bit pricey. The restaurant food is very good, but sadly our service was poor-some of our group of 8 got their orders after about 20 minutes-the rest 30 minutes later. I think they were short of staff. Overall it is a unique place to relax.

Lovely property and people!
My stay this year was nicer even than last year! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in and out very smooth, and helpful folks know the area and amenities. They included entrance to the Oregon Garden, basically attached to the Resort. It is SO beautiful, and the gift shop is great too. Only takes about an hour to easily stroll through the many areas. The breakfast buffet at the Resort (included) is good, with some home baked goodies. The outdoor dining area (indoor too) could use some sprucing up.
