ORE was well run. The communication before the trip was good and Dylan and Mallory were fun and friendly. Dylan was my boat guide and she not only managed the river perfectly, but she also pointed out the names of some wildlife I’d never seen before. The river was fine but cold. The canyon was scenic. It’s a very enjoyable day and I recommend these guys.

ORE guides Dylan and Mallory were experienced, safety - focused, great instructors , knew the history and geography of the river AND made our trip on the Deschutes River FUN. They were excellent guides for my first-timer 15 year old grandson.

Memories for a Lifetime
I had a terrific time on ORE's multiday rafting trip on the Grande Ronde in early June. Breath-taking canyon scenry, lots of Class I and II rapids, wonderful camping spots looking down on the river, and excellent guides who worked hard to meet everyone's needs, prepared delicious breakfasts and suppers, and entertained us with great stories of their wildreness adventures. I can't wait to take another ORE multiday trip!

Great experience!
ORE guided a 6-day 5-night trip on the Grande Ronde last week for a Sierra Club group and did a wonderful job! There were 3 rafts for us to choose from: 2 rowed by an ORE guide and one by a guide plus 6 of us paddling. They also provided 3 inflatable kayaks (duckies) for those of us who preferred that. The river guidance was terrific for all options. Furthermore they did a great job of claiming and setting up camping areas ahead of our arrival each day and especially cooking the meals. Last but not least they really helped establish a good comradery amongst us as we came from all over the US and didn't know each other ahead of time.

Rolling Down the River!
We had the most amazing time this weekend with our full day rafting experience! It was a first time for all of us, and we all voted that it was the highlight of our vacation. Our guides, Reed and Austin, were friendly, funny, knowledgable, and made sure we had the time of our lives. They were truly remarkable. I’m telling everyone about our experience. Thank you very much for giving us the best memory!
