I thought our hotel was great. The location, the room, having a bar area and how close to Old Bend it was. We were doing some hard hiking so it was nice to have the hot tub at the end of the day. We would take a glass of wine to the lobby area to plan our next day and there was this same girl working the desk that was so helpful. Not just for dinner ideas but hikes etc. I can't find the piece of paper that had her name but we spent a lot of time on October 24th chatting with her. All the staff was really nice though. It was very much appreciative.

Amazing experience
Absolutely amazing. Love the staff! From the front desk to to the bar/restaurant people ro the cleaning ladies, friendly helpful and kind.

I love the Newberry Hotel! The location is perfect, the staff is always friendly, and the recent renovation is stunning. The whole place has a cozy, modern feel that’s both stylish and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff
I travel frequently for work, but this was my first visit to Bend, OR—and I can honestly say it has been one of my favorite work trips. The hotel itself is nice, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. The front desk team was welcoming and helpful, but the person who stood out most was Shawna, the restaurant server and bartender. Shawna’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness created such a positive experience that I would specifically request to stay at this hotel on future trips. She is personable, engaging, and genuinely fun to be around—an excellent representative of your hospitality.
