The Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City offers oceanfront condos with beach access that can’t be topped by other vacation spots on the Oregon Coast.
Each condominium includes a full kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, two bathrooms and amenities that were hand-picked by the owner. Located just steps from a sandy beach and the famous D River, which holds a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s shortest. You couldn’t get any closer to the beach without getting wet.

The view and beach access are amazing! Ocean front views and steps to the beach to play, fly kites, have a bonfire on the beach, tide pools and a pool! A complete kitchen and 2 bathrooms for the family. We also found a float on the beach next to the hotel that local glass blowers place up and down the coast. It is our favorite place to stay on the Oregon Coast!
We have always enjoyed the Sea Gypsy. The option for a bedroom in addition to a room with a bed, kitchen, bath is very nice. The prices are doable! With the D River flowing just to the south of Sea Gypsy, a family can be out of the wind, enjoy the river water and rocks and still look out on the beautiful blue Pacific ocean. The Pool is great. The kitchen well appointed. The staff friendly and accommodating. And the Beach/Ocean is right there!!
The sea gypsy is one of the best places to stay in Lincoln City. Using their website you can pick out a room that best fits your needs. Every room is different and the options are great. From penthouses to first level room's the descriptions make it easy to get what you want. Having small children we enjoyed staying in a room by the pool.
Beautiful view. Condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. It was clean and quiet. Bed and other furniture was comfortable. We loved watching the kids flying kites outside the window and enjoyed lots of time out walking the beach.
Right on the beach! Easy access to the sand. The king bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our accommodations and the view. Forgot my swimsuit so we couldn't swim but next time. We will be back!!!
