Not worth $200
Check in went well but the cleanliness, functionality and amenities were not as advertised. I spent the night in cabin 21 and it wasn't worth $200 . The bed was made up really nicely but there were hairs on both sides of both pillows!!! The lights by the bed didnt work, the tv turned on but there were no channels and when I asked for help they said they would check on something but never got back to me, the fridge and microwave were not clean and the mattress creaked and was sunken in. I really appreciated the view and I know folks are doing their best but I also work hard for my money and blowing $200 on a gross room was disappointing.

Really Bad
The only positive thing I can say is its proximity to the beach and that you can see the ocean from the room. This place was really bad. No cellphone service, wi-fi really slow, drainage issues with the shower and sink, dirty overall, no working TV, a shower you can barely fit in, and a mattress that literally was in the $99 price range. For $144, way overpriced. My mistake for booking this place.

Don’t waste your money!
Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed at! We ended up leaving because we couldn't handle the disgust. There was no screen on the window that was ground level, so no opening the window but there is no air conditioner either so you take your chances of having your window open. Standing water under the sink. Black mold in the bathroom. feces and urine in the toilet brush bowl. We took pics and videos and sent it to the health dept. They refunded us for one night!

Run Down and Rude
DO NOT STAY Here: It went from a well run quaint cabin to a run down eye sore. My last stay there I went without heat and had to use the stove to warm the cabin. Additionally I had to clean all dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The manager there was rude and neglectful in my follow up call. It’s a shame to see a historic land mark so poorly cared for but I would suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

Do NOT Book here!
Terrible. We’ve camped, slept outside and in underdeveloped countries. We left at 6am because I couldn’t get out of the cabin sooner. The entire cabin (16) smelled like a gas station restroom. Very unfortunate because the location is AMAZING!! So close to the ocean and so many cool sea creatures to see during low tide. We tried to spend as much time as possible outside of the cabin to avoid the smell. It lacked cleanliness so we kept our shoes on. Even my husband who is NOT high maintenance considered this place just gross. There was one big overhead light. No lamps. Feels like one lamp would have been nice and helpful to dim to sight of the dirt on the walls and baseboards. I don’t think you should charge more than $99 at the very MOST for this stay. That’s Ben a stretch. The location was the redeeming quality but I imagine you’d find a better value elsewhere!
