Originally a hat and dress shop in the early 1900’s, owned by sisters Minnie and Mineta Bell. These two flats sit on the second story of a historic building in downtown Roseburg.

The Minnie flat is a large, beautifully appointed apartment with luxury bedding and towels. We ate dinner at True across the street, and breakfast at Brix around the corner making the location convenient, Highly recommend staying at the Bell Sisters Flats!

Pleasantly Surprised!
We were very pleasantly surprised at this property! Very non-descript entrance but inside...WOW....Beautiful apartment style accommodation, centrally located in "old town" Roseburg Oregon. Tastefully decorated and clean and thoughtfully appointed...all the boxes ticked! We would definitely go back, especially to see more of the surroundings. Great restaurants so close!

Best stay in Roseburg!
This was such a beautiful, luxurious apartment for our short stay in Roseburg, OR. Located in downtown Roseburg, so walkable to restaurants, street parking was never an issue. The highlights were the amazing bathroom with a huge shower which included wall jets and a rain shower head - a whole family could fit in it :); the bedroom was equally great, the king bed so comfortable with lovely linens and so many pillows, a loveseat, huge TV and blackout curtains, and especially how quiet it was while overlooking downtown Roseburg. The kitchen was well equipped and the overall design quite posh. Paul was a great communicator - we had an issue with the kitchen air conditioning and he responded instantly to our message, fixed the issue and followed up with messages to make sure that everything was in working order. Thanks Paul! I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Roseburg.

Beautiful Upstair Flats!
We have stayed here twice, and loved it! The downtown location is great, with a coffee shop right around the corner. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. We had some questions, and the owner responded very quickly. Would highly recommend staying.

Amazing Stay
One of the most amazing places I've stayed. Every detail is absolutely perfect. So comfortable, relaxing, and gorgeous. Spacious flat with all of the necessities. Bathroom and shower are luxurious with a giant, relaxing shower. Bedroom is uber comfortable with a huge, comfy bed, reclining loveseat, electric fireplace, and TV. Highly, highly recommend!
