I stayed in Flat #3 at 3rd Street Flats in McMinnville, Oregon. It was a very cute place. It was extremely clean and felt like home. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept well.

Oh, I forgot to mention, the absolute lovely morning continental breakfast, which is included! It was beyond delicious with eggs, fresh yogurt/toopings, freshly baked croissants, homemade English muffins, charcuterie, juices, coffee, latte.. all of it.

A pleasant surprise
Checking in to the Flats was very easy. The location of the 3rd Street Flats had many local restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store nearby. The Flat itself had all of the amenities needed. It was clean with a full kitchen, comfortable chairs and bed. We really appreciated being able to do laundry after traveling. We would definitely come back again!

Wonderful place to stay
We stayed in Flat #8. It was spacious, and clean. Nicely decorated. And the staff was so helpful and kind.

We stayed in apartment #5 CoCo Chanel flat. Decor beautiful. Fantastic location. Apartment spotless. Morning coffee - fresh brew your own in the apartment or fresh drip at the lobby. Continental breakfast delicious and healthy. All good except you will get some street noise. Note there are stairs to the apartment (@28 steps with bannister).
