Excellent stay!
We loved staying at 3rd St Flats and enjoyed having the space to relax. We were there Tuesday - Thursday and McMinnville is not fully open early in the week so, being able to have a kitchen was key. It was super hot and the flat was nice and cool. Know that these flats are upstairs and no elevator. The staff kept asking if we wanted help, which was ridiculous. They should just take your bags up the dang stairs for you and not even ask. Other than that minor laugh, the stay was amazing. It was great to have full access to Atticus as well.

Cute Flat in a cute town
I stayed in Flat #3 at 3rd Street Flats in McMinnville, Oregon. It was a very cute place. It was extremely clean and felt like home. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept well.
