Beautiful lush and modern furnishings, high ceilings and big windows overlooking the charming downtown - a delightful place to call home for a few nights. Note - you're on your own to move your suitcases up a tall flight of stairs (but it's worth it!) AND although the flat is very spacious, the bathroom is tiny .

Third Time at the 3rd Street Flats
We have visited the area three times and choose to stay at 3rd Street Flats because of the location, cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations. Love it and will return if we return to McMinnville again.
