We stayed in apartment #5 CoCo Chanel flat. Decor beautiful. Fantastic location. Apartment spotless. Morning coffee - fresh brew your own in the apartment or fresh drip at the lobby. Continental breakfast delicious and healthy. All good except you will get some street noise. Note there are stairs to the apartment (@28 steps with bannister).

McMinnville
3rd St Flats in the historic bank building is a perfect home for a visit to McMinnville and the surrounding area. We could cook in and eat out with many restaurants just outside our door. This is a second story flat with access via steep stairs so bring easy to carry luggage!

We stayed in Flat 1. Location was fine. It smelled really bad in the hallway and the room smelled musty. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open. The bed was on rollers on a hardwood floor so it moved across the floor every time you touched it. The wine glass had lip gloss on it. I had thought I booked the full service flat, but when I got there that was not the case. I showed my disappointment and clearly stated that I didn't want to be in those flats. They didn't offer any sort of solution. Maybe moving us to the hotel or moving us to a full service flat. I checked online later and there were availabilities. Very disappointing. I will choose different accommodations next time.

Great stay in a beautiful town!
Gorgeous and comfortable, our Christmastime stay was so nice. The hosts are really welcoming and there is plenty to see and do in downtown that is just outside your door. It’s so beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen.
