  Don't live up to the marketing add

  The parking is shady and quiet. The website says got cable, but maintenance guy said nope. People damaging things and got to expensive. He was nice though. The General store is part of the office I guess. Maybe because it's winter idk Im guessing they were short handed. It was Tues and supposed to be open, but it was locked up. It did say I could ring the bell for help. I figured if they were that staffed they could tend to the store I didn't want to bug them. We got propane and ice about 5 miles down the rd. Festival of lights across the road was awsome

  A gem just slightly off the beaten path.

  Even though there appears to be some live boards, this park is very neat and clean. Lots of fun trails to walk and benches to sit and watch the river flow by. The restrooms and showers are impeccable. The staff is great. Worth the 4 miles from the slab.

  Rudest residents and Owner I have ever encountered

  Rudest experience and most ungentlemanly behavior by owners and residents. Pulled in to buy an icecream and check out the park as a future RV stay. No turnaround in driveway and they gesteure to the wrong side of the driveway and office/store unattended. Owner or resident pulled in and expected pass me and would not back up to let me get out of their way and then got pissy when I parked where asked. Second resident soon followed and even though I was back at driveway entrance THEY STILL WANTED ME TO PULL FORWARD BACK TO THE DEAD DND GATE?? Yeah no. Y’all denied a menopausal woman a cold drink and ice cream…then were absolute cads, don’t stop here and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unusual behavior for this area.

  BEWARE

  Location is nice, the RV park has mixed visitors AND residents mixed. The biggest issue... I'm a Veteran with PTSD. I was loading my daughter into one of our vehicles when this female manager named Rebeca, "Karen", asked who's vehicle it was and if they could move it, no problem. She started yelling to overpower anyone else speaking, but wouldn't stop to talk. Unfortunately, we only got two nights out of 9. Very unfortunate that Hopefully Karen doesn't treat anymore guests with such disrespect.

  Sadly, as of June 2023, no longer a nice place

  BEWARE, the positive reviews are outdated! Been coming for 8 years, but never again. Has become a full-time park with a raving bit#$ in the office. We were put about 12' from major construction, so loud we had to leave for the day. Office person said, "get over it".
