Scary to deliver to… I felt like I was in a 3rd world country.
I delivered a grocery order to a nice tenant in this trailer park. No hate to them at all. I was beyond shocked at the state of the entire park. Hungry, ratty dogs and cats running free, dirty broken trailers, broken cars, make shift shanties of canvas and random materials, it literally stunk, animals food and containers and trash everywhere, bits of garbage lining the sides of dirt lanes… etc. I felt unsafe and unhygienic just delivering, I feel so awful for the residents whom I sure most of don’t know how to make it better/I’m sure the management and city don’t do anything to make it cleaner or safer either..

Beware.
Monthly 30 amp rate as of Aug 2021 $515.00. I have lived here for over two years. Beware of Bill officee manager/ night security. I have ask for clarification of a allegations of him spying on a female tenet and was told by the park office that they are not allowed to confirm or deny. The allegation at all. So I believe the allegations Against him. His sister Debbie works in the office. Anytime I go to the office when she is working. Her attitude that comes across like she is upset that she has to get up and do her job. So I try to avoid her like the plague. Pam is the other office staff. Great customer service. Great attitude. I wish all the staff here had her attitude and professionalism.

WARNING to campers! This is a TRAILER PARK!! NOT A CAMPGROUND!
We arrived after hours at this “RV and Campground” and followed the night checkin instructions. There is a large board posted outside the office that says to select a spot, write the spot number on the provided envelope and drop the money into the slot. We paid $35 cash (an outrageous amount, but we just needed a place to stay) and went to set up our tent. The camping spot was a “scenic” grassy patch with several trees, located a stones throw from the roaring river of cars that is I5. After setting up we found that the restrooms and showers were all closed and locked! We ended up having to use the restrooms at WinCo down the road. (Note: this place is crawling with feral cats, its important for the next part.) When we got back from WinCo the tent had a really bad urine smell. While we were gone, the tent had been thoroughly sprayed by the cats. Then right before midnight security came to our tent and told us that we couldn’t camp there and we had to leave! We were extremely confused, explained that we had followed the night check in and paid. We were informed that the grounds have recently come under new management and they no longer service camping. The security guard made a phone call, let us speak with the manger and we explained the situation. First we were told we had to pack up and could come back in the morning for our money. After some very polite asking on our end and assuring we would only be there the one night, we were told we could stay. Then at 8:00 the next morning we were woken up by a different security guard and told to LEAVE again! We got up and went to the office which was now open. The manager who we had spoke with on the phone was there and apologized for FORGETTING to inform the morning security we had permission to be there! She apologized again, gave us $5 back and a pink permission slip of approval (thanks). In summary: we paid $30 for no shower, no toilet, a urine soaked tent, being told to leave TWICE and all the tranquility of an outhouse on the side of a highway. Wish there had been an outhouse, it would have been an improvement. Bonus, the car and tent still smell of cat piss. Suggestion for the new management: change your name immediately, remove the “campground” sign on I5 and put up a “NO CAMPING!” over our giant night sign-in board. Disappointed that I have to leave even one star.

A Good Stop Off the Interstate, Home Depot right next door.
This place has lots of negative reviews. Yes, it is what it is and unfortunately more and more RV parks are becoming permanent "trailer parks" for the lower income populations. Lots of well kept RV's along with lots of trashy ones. The residents we met were all friendly and gave us a feeling that everyone there looks out for the well being of everyone else. Just because you are poor does not mean you don't care. Great prices on laundry. $3 for wash and dry. Shower house old and run down but clean and the water was hot. Staff was the friendliest every and very helpful. Noisy freeway but became white noise after a while. This place is adequate for a nites stop if you need to do laundry, shower, dump etc.... We needed to do a few interior repairs so the Home Depot next door was a convenient 3 minute walk away.
