Long term living
I lived at this RV park for four years, and I can honestly say that the owners who took over in July 2024 have made an incredible difference. Rich, Tiffany, and Mason have been an amazing and wonderful addition to the park, and they truly care about the people who live there. When they took over, they worked hard to clean up the property, improve the overall atmosphere, and make it a safe and enjoyable place to live. They made sure the park was no longer filled with the kind of people who made others uncomfortable or unsafe. They have gone above and beyond to create a community where residents can feel secure. Having live camera footage and owners who are actually present at the park every day made a huge difference. They genuinely care about the safety and well-being of their patrons and are always willing to help. I moved out in June 2025, but I continued paying rent so I could keep my trailer there and have a place to stay whenever I came back and forth. I never had to worry about my belongings because I knew they were safe and looked after. They were very accommodating and allowed me to continue using my trailer when I was in town, which I greatly appreciated. I have now finally moved out completely, and I just wanted to take the time to say how grateful I am for Rich, Tiffany, and Mason. They have done an incredible job with the upkeep of the park and have put a lot of time, effort, and heart into making it a better place. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone looking for a clean, safe, well-maintained place to stay. The owners truly care, they are present, they listen, and they work hard every single day to make the park better. Thank you, Rich, Tiffany, and Mason, for everything you have done!

Much Improved
We stayed here for one night on our way to Boise, then again on the way home from Boise. I've stayed here before (3 years ago), and it is under new ownership from the 2022 trip. The new owners are terrific to work with. I had a bit of a mishap on our return trip, and the owner and staff were exceptional in getting me situated to stay an extra night. In 2022, the staff were not very customer-service oriented, in my opinion. We make this RV park a regular stop on our travels. I will say the only thing making this not be a 5 review is the unattractiveness of some of the permanent set up sites, as well as some landscaping needs (weeds, dry grass, etc.) but I think the new owner has the potential to make this a great RV park.

A surprisingly lovely spot
This campground has great amenities: warm pool, hot tub (natural mineral water), marsh and wetlands. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. One man needed something from the store, and the staff stayed open late for him. Each site is a large pull-through with full hook-ups. They also have tent sites. There is a place for children to play, horse shoes pit, and a building for family reunions. The bathrooms and showers have been recently remodeled. They have a laundry as well, and the WiFi works OK. Pets are welcome. They need more trees...but they are working on this. I highly recommend this campground.

Won't come here again
I called in advance of arrival and told the woman the length of our 5th wheel. She quoted me a price. When we arrived she said our rv was longer than we stated. It states on our 5th wheel that we are 34'. This is what I tell every rv park that we go to. Never a problem. She gave us a space and charged us more than she quoted. She said we needed a larger spot. At this point we were not going to start searching for another place. Good customer service would have been to charge us what she originally quoted. We had just left Portland today, and stayed right in the heart of the city, at Jantzen Beach, and paid less than we are paying in La Grange, OR, which is in the middle of nowhere. Won't come here again. It is the principal of the matter that bothers me more than the increased price.
