Lincoln City is a great place to sit back, unwind and enjoy the views from the deck on the upper level of the resort. On Sunday mornings you’re invited to come to the office and have a donut and coffee. During the summer, join the resort’s Saturday night happy hour, and get to know some of your fellow travelers. From October through May scour the local beaches for handmade glass floats that are part of the Finders Keeper program. Want to try your hand at clamming or crabbing? Head down to Siletz Bay which is less than a mile from the resort.

EXCELLENT STAY
This ABSOLUTELY is one of the best run RV PARKS anywhere! It is well groomed each time someone leaves the park, bushes and trees are trimmed, bathrooms cleaned and even the dog runs are raked, groomed and always have bags! Nice fire pit seating and sunset viewing. They have their best staff to guide you into your sites, as long as you listen!!! Bathrooms are super clean, roomy and laundry room is nice and spacious. Lots a souvenirs in the office, pool table, TV, WiFi and some of the best staff anywhere. We were sad to leave after a month but hope to return for a couple months in 2026. Close to everything, Depoe Bay, Newport and stores and restaurants....

Shockingly bad experience!
We had a really unfortunate experience at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City. We decided to try a new adventure on our road trip and camp in the back of our Tesla. We'd heard of folks doing this at RV places. We checked Premier's website wanting to make sure they didn't have a policy against such things, selected the closest option in their drop-down of "camper van" and noted in the comments we were in a Tesla just to make sure there was no confusion. We paid extra for a 50 amp site which would be compatible with our charger plug. Upon arrival (after hours), we found out about the no car camping policy. We went back and fully read our booking confirmation and it was in there (but again, the policy was not listed/available anywhere *before* booking). A miss on our part, but an honest one. We had tried to do our research up front and were busy with lots of other logistics and bookings for our road trip... Wanting to be respectful of the policy, and since we hadn't gotten the 50 amp site we needed/paid for anyway, we sent an email asking for a refund and got a hotel for the night instead (nobody was in the office that evening). The next morning we got an email reply saying they wouldn't give a refund because we put campervan on the form and were actually in a Tesla. We stopped by in person on our way out of town, still thinking this was all just an honest misunderstanding that reasonable people could work out. We explained the situation and the lady at the front desk went straight to hostile. One of the owners walked in (Jim?) and we had the same experience with him. They accused us of lying because we put campervan on the form (again, that was the closest option and we had noted it was actually a Tesla). I'm not sure if they think we go around trying to swindle $80 out of RV resorts or what...? But in the end it was just a misunderstanding, we DID respect their policy by not camping there, we didn't get the 50 amp site we paid for anyway, and we received no goods or services from them. There were plenty of vacancies in the campground that night, so that reservation cost them nothing. They even admitted if we were in an actual camper van and had received a 30 amp site that didn't work, they would have refunded us. Eventually they offered to give us a half refund, which we refused and will instead dispute the charge with Visa. My wife and I were completely shocked by this whole interaction!

Threatening environment
Catherine Thagard is downright racist, she claims policies that are not written and only apply to "certain people". Their male staff threaten you. They bend their "rules" and policies dependent on "who" you are. Sadly, they treat their employees horribly. Only stay here if you want to fund a racist, masaginistic company that willingly abuses their staff.

outstanding and friendly staff!
I just want to give a shoutout for the most hospitable stay when I was recently in town with friends. Ceris, Robbie, Rachel and Emily were so accommodating and went above and beyond, making my Whistler experience the absolute best!! Definitely recommend this hotel and their staff to anyone visiting town! Thanks again, you rock!

Very Nice RV Campground
My Wife and I are from Vancouver BC. This was a very nice RV Campground. They have a common room with a big screen tv to watch sports, very nice selection of DVD's to watch, and books to read. You wake up in the morning and there's a news paper waiting for you outside your door. You get emailed weather warnings. Washrooms were very nice. This was a central location campground. My Wife and I would venture out South of the campground to check out Seal Rock, Newport, Depoe Bay, etc..... Did some nice long walks on the beach. Some beautiful scenery. Lots of nice Mexican restaurants as well as the obvious seafood ones in the area.
