Booked a stay. Bad weather came in. Per agreement ok to cancel within 48 hours which I did, or attempted to do. Management told me that they couldn’t cancel unless the roads were totally close. So they were rather I drive my family 10 hours through mountain show and very high winds, many trucks were pulled over on side of road because of bad conditions. I did drive my 4x4 pickup to the area and I never would have made it in my motorhome. To make it worse I got multi calls from they wanting to know when I would arrive. I answered the first three calls and of course they asked why I wasn’t going to stay there went through same story and again same response. I quit with the phone calls from them. WORST SERVICE EVER. If you’re not going to honor an agreement don’t offer it.

When you book a reservation at Pacific Shores MotorCoach Resort you will be responsible for 30% of the total booking if you cancel, even months in advance. My reservation was for July 1st-15th, 2025. I cancelled the reservation in January 2025. My deposit was $1,351.16 out of this amount I received a refund of only $640.40 even though I cancelled 5 months prior to the arrival date. I feel quit sure they have already rebooked this site.

Having stayed at this park many times over the last 10 years, I can say it is beautiful and well maintained, always. What fluctuates are the TV cable connections which did not work this last time (and when we got to the next park it was working again), hot tub/pool (closed our entire stay)…just not as advertised and no one around to help as the office isn’t open all day or accessible for assistance as it used to be. An idea is to message guests to check in and see if they have any needs, and if so, who to contact.

Very fancy RV place Nice views. Club house and indoor and outdoor pools. Big clean RV's An outside kitchen area. Very safe.Friendly people and dogs allowed. Easy entrance Liked the location North of Newport. A long path down to the beach but a nice private beach. Dog friendly

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Booked on vrbo app paid close to 500$ with fees drove 4 hours to be told that only class a class c motorcoach would be allowed. Locals say this is a scam that is being pulled they say they will refund then 4 days latter say sorry it's in the fine print they can refuse serves to anyone without a nice enough trailer. No refund to say my kids were disappointed was an understatement. Will never book pasific shores rv park again.
