Heceta Beach RV Park

Heceta Beach RV Park welcomes you to year-round peace and quiet and privacy. Located on the north side of Florence, Oregon, the park is a short 5 minute walk to Heceta Beach. From there you can walk for miles on the beach. Centrally located on the Oregon Coast. Lighthouses, beautiful coastal drives, beaches, dunes, covered Bridges, old town charm and all the Coast has to offer are within easy reach.

On the premises, there are very clean restrooms, showers, laundry facilities and all the amenities you would expect. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. The natural, coastal plant life (Huckleberry & Salal Berries and Coastal Pine) thrive throughout the park. This provides the large sites with privacy for guests. There are RV and tent sites available for large groups. Pets are welcome. Three Rivers Casino offers pick ups at the park depending on their hours.

He stayed a little over two weeks and enjoyed our stay here. 80% of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the other 20% need to take a class on how to interact with their guests. Sites were good and very well trimmed and cared for after each guest leaves. Super clean bathrooms and showers but shower curtains could be a little wider. Not enough Washers and dryers!

Our favorite place in Florence!

This is our 2nd winter that we have stayed at Haceta Beach Campground. The sights are clean and mostly private.. The staff is wonderful! If you have a problem with your trailer/5th wheel they are always ready to provide information and help wherever they can, They are like family and I have to say the nicest people we've encountered throughout our travels.

This is the second year that we have planned a vintage trailer campout with friends at Heceta Beach RV Park. We love Mike, Steve and all the employees there. They're efficient, friendly, and the campground is clean, well kept and well located to Jerry's Place for eating and a quick two blocks to the best walking beach on the Oregon coast. We'll book again. We love this place! Thanks to all who work there to make it a lovely camping experience.

This campground is a very clean place to stay and well laid out. We enjoyed our site (#23) and semi privacy that each site offered. It was a good place to stay for a week and close to the beach where we spent much of our time. As for the comment that Nomad405578 made about the couple that stopped by and said that the manager was an XXXXX and that he drank, that is a false statement. We merely stopped to help them get their car hooked back to their motorhome. Considering this statement is made up, I question his integrity regarding the rest of the comments. Our family plans to come back and spend time here next year at this well maintained camp ground. We would recommend this campground to anyone.

Aggressive owner. Rude. Kicked us out because we were not happy

Made reservations many months in advance to camp with friends. Upon arrival, found out that we were not camping together and asked why since we called months earlier. He explains that we were not together because our reservation tags were stapled together??? huh. Tried to explain my side but he kept rudely cutting me off. We said we were not happy not being adjacent to our friends and he flat out kicked us out with refund. Kicked us out against our wishes as it was a busy weekend, Friday with no where to go. Totally screwed our weekend up. The owner is hot head and doesn't really care what you think.
