Our favorite RV park
Casey's is at a wonderful location at the confluence of the North and Middle fork of the Willamette River. Only hardside RVs allowed and all sites are paved. Andre and Toni are very nice and helpful, and the park is perfectly maintained. It's a great base for biking on the Aufderheide or mountain biking in the area.
Beautiful Scenic RV park
It's Location is excellent on the banks of Willamette River. The RV park is very clean and very well maintained. Andre and other people in the office are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights here.
Casey’s has it all
Casey’s offers everything. Our site was on the beautiful McKenzie River. This campground has all the amenities. Showers were private and clean. We really appreciated Jason’s great customer service when he offered to help us setup our cable RV so we could watch the Ducks football game.
Terrible Customer Service and Inconsistent Policies
These people do not honor reservations. We stayed here twice before, and made a reservation online in advance. On Aug. 21, we arrived in the pouring rain after a long drive but were turned away (despite our reservation and previous stays) because they said our vehicle (which had twice been approved before) didn't meet their aesthetic requirements. THEY REFUSED TO EVEN ISSUE A REFUND. They forced us drive into the night with no place to stay after 10 p.m., with no consideration for our family's safety or well being. Their behavior was appalling. We eventually found a spot to sleep for the night, but the damage was done.
I felt the Customer Service was not there. The pool was dirty and we had no WiFi which I depend on. No trees more of a senior citizen type of park. In the middle of night the trains bellows a large alarm when passing by. Not particularly pet friendly. Did not see any children.
