We stayed a single night and enjoyed the tall oaks. Beware of the falling acorns in the fall - they land hard on the trailer roof! Facilities were clean and it was a quiet place. Several mins outside of Corvallis with a small market just around the corner.
We stayed here for one night with our two kids in an RV. It was quite and relaxing. There were a few other families staying here. There was an old barn nearby not being used. There isn't much to do in the rv campground but a good paved trail nearby to walk.
This is a smaller park with a good amount of open grass areas, and both back-in and pull-through sites. The hosts are pleasant and kept the park clean and in good order. There were a few what looked to be, longer term residents, but at least two moved sites while we were there, taking time to clean their sites up. WiFi was very good as was Verizon Service. We did not use the bathrooms. Our pull-through had full hookups, was large enough for our 36 foot Class A and Jeep, and wide enough to be comfortable. There was a good size picnic table also. Water pressure was low at times. There is a bike path nearby that connects to Corvallis, and to nearby Bald Hill Natural Area.
The park is set up nicely with plenty of room to exit/enter. Nice facilities. Big oak trees. A large hedge and chain link fence separate the RV Park from a mobile home park. Our stay was for an OSU football game. Benton County fairgrounds (next door) changed their game day camping rules. It made it very difficult to tailgate with friends. So, beware that if you happen to stay you might be next to some OSU Beavers fans having a good time on game day.
A nice place to spend a few days. We were camped in a back-in spot (which had plenty of maneuvering room) under some oak trees, so we had morning/midday shade that the pull-through sites did not. The sites had full hookups, and the facilities were basic and worked fine. The laundry room was good and the equipment functioned well. We did not try the showers, but the bathrooms did have a bit of an oder to them (even though they appeared clean). This is right next to the Benton County Fairgrounds and there were no activities going on there during our stay, so it was nice & quiet. I can imagine that it gets pretty loud when events (rodeo, fair, concert, etc.) are being held. We'll try to use this park again on our next trip through the area.
