Our Favorite Spot on the Oregon Coast!
Disclosure: We did not stay in a cabin or an Airstream on the property. We arrived in our own fifth wheel and stayed for three nights in February 2026. This was our first time staying at Bay Point Landing and I'd say it's one of our favorite spots we've stopped on the Oregon coast! The campground itself is interesting. They have one big section that's mostly filled with tiny homes and Airstream trailers for rent, so you can stay here even if you don't have a rig. The other half of the property is open spaces with hookups for rig parking. The property is off the road far enough that traffic noise is minimal, which is great when you're looking for a good quiet sleep. We have a 40-foot fifth wheel and we had NO trouble navigating the roads or getting into a campsite. Each site I saw had full hookups, a fire pit and a picnic table. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were here so we didn't get to enjoy those aspects, but it's nice to have them in good weather. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they work out of a cute little office that is also a store where they carry a bunch of items any camper would find handy in a pinch. Amenities include multiple buildings with restrooms, laundry and showers, plus a communal fire pit, and a heated indoor saltwater lap pool. They also have a cozy lounge with games and books, a little fitness room, and a kids' room with a nostalgic video game console (no quarters required!) that no modern kid could possibly appreciate (Ms. Pacman and Galaga anyone?) The value for the money is terrific and we'd definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and relaxing
The park is well maintained and the facilities were great. The Airstream was comfortable and very clean. Sitting around the fire pit were a nice way to end the day

Needs maintenance
We booked an airstream for the second year in a row. Last year, the table area that turns into a bed was broken. We made do with kids sleeping on benches. This year, we got the same airstream and the table was still broken. They'd even left us a note that is was broken. So, in a year's time--this could not have been fixed? Kids are too big now for the benches, so I requested a cabin. They upgraded us to a cabin, no problem. The cabin was far superior to the airstream, as you might imagine, so this was great. The after hours staff member, Deborah, was fantastic in helping us get moved and resettled. The pool area leaves a lot to be desired. There is mold all over the ceiling, moss growing on the pool deck, and the bathroom door was so rusted and warped, that it was impossible to lock. The Oregon coast is a challenging environment for pools--I get this. But it doesn't appear that it is being maintained properly at all. Really want to love it here, but not sure we'll be back. It's a bummer.

Solo traveler, great property and location
Stayed at one of the tiny homes, very nice inside and out. My dogs loved walking on the beach. Lots of things to do nearby as well.

Great Spot
We had a great time here, it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere but we were close enough to town to order pizza and door dash whatever we needed. The amenities are modern and beautiful. Can't wait to come back.
