We stayed here for three nights. Motel style accommodation on two floors. Ask for the upper floor as these have sea views. Rooms also have a safe. There was no daily housekeeping, unless requested, despite being advertised on the website. No coffee, free breakfast and other services available as the reception area was being revamped. It was a scruffy and unwelcoming area that could have been presented better. We would definitely recommend the Khun Thai restaurant across the road. Excellent food.

Just what we needed!
We were driving up the coast and our plan was to car camp, but after 4 days of exhausting travel we needed hot showers and a comfy bed. We pulled in just before 1030pm. I was greeted promptly at the front desk by a gentleman who was very friendly and provided me with a room key. The room was very clean, and although we didn’t need it had a small fridge and a microwave. There was a coffee pot with coffee grounds and things you need to make a hot cup of coffee. There was also a small table and 2 chairs. Tile floors, not carpeting which was nice - feels cleaner to me. The bathroom was small but clean and water was very hot and plentiful. The bed was SUPER comfortable with a softness to our liking. This was a super nice place for us to crash for a night and was just what we were looking for. Happy we stopped and stayed the night!

We arrived and check in was a breeze. The very friendly lady at the office gave me the rundown and pointed me towards our room. We got the perfect room on the lower floor in the corner. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel is right off the main road and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and Comfortable at a great rate!
The two things my wife and I want in a hotel room are cleanliness and a comfortable bed. We got both here at the Westward Inn located in Brookings at a great value. We are both in the sensitive to animal odors and this hotel has no pet rooms, which is what we look for. You won't gat a lot of frills, just a clean, comfortable room in a handy location at a good rate. That is all we ask for and Westward delivered.

Great view and space, some improvements to bathroom would be good
We spent one night in Brookings at the Westward Inn. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a Deluxe King at this motel. What stood out? There IS a view of the ocean from the 2nd floor! I was not expecting that. Also, the room was HUGE. In addition to the comfortable king size bed, there was a large couch, a table, and a mini-frig. The frig has a tiny freezer that desperately needs defrosted in order to have space to put anything in it. There is a lot of unused space in the room which makes it feel even bigger. The toilet and tub/shower room feels pretty small and adding some towel hooks would be helpful. Putting in a curved shower bar would greatly improve the shower experience.
