It was a disappointment. Booked on their website a few days before we were to leave. Reserved the only room left and got a completely different room. The room I was expecting was ground floor; with a deck, large bathroom etc. All the pictures of the room I selected showed all of these amenitites; and as I said, there was only 1 room offered so I could not have made a mistake! What we got was a room definitely lacking in ambience and felt like institution, with a sicking sweet cherry deodorant smell that was so strong I could taste it. I didn't even feel comfortable taking off my shoes. Plus it was 65-75 ( I lost count) stair steps up & down to the beach You ask why we stayed - No refund, no partial, no nothing. Take a look at the policies and rules before you book and you will get the picture. I have a sick husband and would NEVER book a room on the 3rd Floor. No escalator, no help ( the receptionist did bring up a bag).

Stayed here years ago, big surprise with a total renovation. Our room had a kitchenette so you could stay several days and it was a reasonable rate

This was a great place to stay. We had a ground floor room with a nice deck right at the beach. We were only there one night, but we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful
Best place to stay in Lincoln City. Large rooms, nice deck for sitting outside if on the 1st floor, good light breakfast, new stairs down to long beach, close to Tafy beach and the glass blowing shop. I'm from central Oregon and go to the coast several times a year and West Beach Suites will be my new go to place. It is dog friendly but we didn't bring the dog this time and the rooms were spotless
