Rooms were clean. Kcups in rooms as well. Additional coffee options in the lobby. Stayed 3 nights. Was able to swap out our towels, very friendly. Definitely recommend.

The carpet looked like a crime scene, beard clippings in the sink and hair balls in the tub. The air conditioner was completely plugged with dander and dirt. Made a complaint and maintenance changed unit to an undersized unit that had no ability to cool the room. We boiled in the heat three nights. We lost one day access to the room due to their men working, Management had no plan to adjust prices or move to an acceptable room. We paid $1440 for three nights due to graduation and price increases. I would never recommend this motel to anyone. It absolutely sucked! I am willing to add my name and phone number if you would like to discuss this issue.

My sister and I were in Eugene for one night and were looking for inexpensive lodging as we'd only be in the room to sleep. The evening and morning front-desk receptionists were personable, the room and bathroom very clean, and the beds were comfortable (didn't like the plastic mattress covers, though). Coffee and breakfast bars were available in the lobby in the morning.

plastic sheets
paid for room online. when I checked in they demanded a credit card and charged a $50 security deposit, which they said would be returned in a few days. The room was fairly large, had a nice bathroom. The bed had a plastic sheet on it, which was very uncomfortable and noisy. Did not sleep. Avoid if possible.

Room was clean and comfortable bed, nice towels. Continental breakfast granola bars & oatmeal. Close to fast food places. Coffee in room and lobby was good! Friendly staff. Grounds well taken care of. Springfield is not far away. Will return again.
