Nice place, older, but very clean. Updated lighting on bedside with plugins and USB ports for tech devices. Has coffee, cereal bars, fruit in lobby, but fyi opens at 9 am, for us this worked, but fyi for early risers. We felt they do need to update water heater system, we had enough for about 10/15 minute shower. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Alex and Crystal were very welcoming and eager to assist with any of our needs.

Alex was great! The stay was amazing. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It's also very close to all the main attractions in Newport, but affordable if you book in advance. Overall, we had a great stay.

It was ok for a one-night stay on our Oregon Coast exploration. The room and bathroom appeared clean. A little pricey for what you get though.

We arrived at 830pm door locked, and lady spoke with us through small sliding window. The sink had backed up dried plumbing debris and looked like vomit and room smelked. Office was closed, and we called 830am next day to let them know we didn't do it. No answer,no voice mail, and when we got someone, lady was extremely rude. All she wanted to do was to argue about times we called. We never got a call back from the manager. Do not stay here horrible.

Perfect
Amazing service from staff, made sure I had what I needed to ace a couple for tests. Very welcoming. Reassured us many times that we were safe from the tsunami.
