Alex was great! The stay was amazing. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It's also very close to all the main attractions in Newport, but affordable if you book in advance. Overall, we had a great stay.

It was ok for a one-night stay on our Oregon Coast exploration. The room and bathroom appeared clean. A little pricey for what you get though.

We arrived at 830pm door locked, and lady spoke with us through small sliding window. The sink had backed up dried plumbing debris and looked like vomit and room smelked. Office was closed, and we called 830am next day to let them know we didn't do it. No answer,no voice mail, and when we got someone, lady was extremely rude. All she wanted to do was to argue about times we called. We never got a call back from the manager. Do not stay here horrible.

Perfect
Amazing service from staff, made sure I had what I needed to ace a couple for tests. Very welcoming. Reassured us many times that we were safe from the tsunami.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience do not go here!!! Staff messed up my reservation booked a 2 bed room months in advance, we got a one bed, they said only thing they could do was refund my money.. it was a holiday weekend so could make a new reservation somewhere else everywhere was fully booked.. no toliet paper toliet was clogged, no air conditioning it was very hot in room. TV did not work, Homeless people were sleeping out in there broken down van outside in travel lodge parking lot.. never going back!!
