The furniture wasn’t comfortable and the road noise was bad. With that being said Sandy (the breakfast lady) did a fantastic job.

Nice clean modern room, kitchen appliances were quite nice which included a 4 burner stove with oven. Breakfast was typical of class 3 hotels. Location was great as far as walkable conveniences including Starbucks and Walmart.

Good, clean accommodation but don’t rely on the sofa sleeper
I stayed at TownePlace Suites in Medford, OR, and while the hotel was clean and the staff were excellent, I need to warn future guests about the pull-out couch. It is not a real sleeper sofa. When unfolded, it is literally just a hard platform with no mattress provided. It is not suitable for sleeping. The front desk staff were as helpful as possible and brought extra comforters to try and soften it, but it still wasn’t very comfortable. I find it unacceptable that the hotel presents this as a sleeping option—it feels misleading. If you plan on having extra guests use the fold-out couch, be aware that it is not actually usable as a bed. Aside from this, our stay was enjoyable: the staff were wonderful and the rooms were very clean. But the “pull-out bed” is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

Comfortable Room with Friendly and Helpful Staff
Stayed 4 nights for a baseball tournament. Room was comfortable with great A/C. During my stay the temperatures outside reached above 90. Thermostat was set to 71 and worked perfectly keeping the room cool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Every tie I called for something, a staff member would show up promptly and happy to help. The location is also great, as it's just off the highway with a Walmart Supercenter directly across the street along with Starbucks and Panda Express. Only complaint is the sofa bed which doesn't really fold out to a bed. It's very uncomfortable, but will definitely stay here again if coming into the area.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite in October of 2024 and were very comfortable. There were three TVs all together in the suite - LOL! A decent morning breakfast was included. We also appreciated the generous hospitality of the management. Thank you!
