Check in was wonderful. Leimuel (sp?) was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard Marriott fare and there was plenty of parking. No complaints. Great choice is passing through Medford.
Stayed here for one night while driving from California to Portland. Excellent location, across the street from multiple restaurants and a Walmart. Great customer service upon check in. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and accommodating and also recognized my Marriott status. Typical Marriott property. Rooms were nice. Average breakfast.
We checked in to the TownePlace Suites for an overnight stay while on the road. Amanda, the manager checked us in and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite from a studio due to our elite status. We travel often enough that I can say that more often than not we are told that no upgrade is available. She also helped us figure out where on the property would be the quietest available room. I'm giving 5 stars for the service. The hotel it's self was clean and basic, parking got a bit tight as the evening went on as the parking lot is shared with another hotel, breakfast was average.
We arctually stayed at this Towneplace Suites twice in 1 week. Both times wer excellent. Checkin was fast and efficient. They recongnized my Titamnium status right away and gave me a gift of 2 bottles of water and candies and pop corn. The gentleman that checked us in actually even called after a while to make sure everything was OK! We got upgraded to a suite on the way up to Seattle, and on the way back, we got a normal suite- but both rooms were clean and service was great!! The breakfast included some new items like some great waffles- besides normal items. like eggs and sausage.
We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom. The room was very clean and everything was in good working order. The hotel is in a good location. Close to fast food places, and a Fred Meyer store. We did not realize that housekeeping was offered for each day of our stay. Since the pandemic, routine housekeeping had become a thing of the past. Staff were very accommodating.
