Excellent Customer Service
We recently booked a week for two, but learned another family member wanted to come to stay a few days with us. Tammy and Karen took care to get us larger accommodations to be together. We really appreciated the "above & beyond" customer service and this is why we've been loyal Marriott Rewards members for over 30 years. Thank you for making our stay in Bend even more enjoyable!

Friendly people work here!!!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Better than the other properties in Bend with the Marriott name (we have stayed at 3). Loved the free breakfast every morning. Beds were very comfy! Parking was free-walking distance to the Old Mill. Stayed in the remodeled section of the hotel.

Unrenovated room should have stayed unoccupied
The hotel is undergoing renovations. I was given a room that hadn't been renovated yet. I was told it was in perfectly good shape, except for the decor, which hadn't been updated. The room was dated, but fine. The problem was the heat pump. The unit sounded like a semi-truck whenever it cycled on. It woke me up numerous times during the night and finally an hour earlier than I had planned. The fact that this room was assigned will make me less likely to stay at a Marriott property in the future.

Clean and Central
We stayed at the Towneplace Suites in Bend, for two nights, on March 20 and 21. We requested a dog friendly room, as we were traveling with our two German Shepherds. The room was very clean, on the first floor, and at the end of the hall, which made walking the dogs in and out very simple and efficient. The staff was professional and very friendly. The property was located close to the middle of town, which was great for us because this trip was part vacation and part retirement property scouting. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great stay!
I have found my go-to hotel in Bend! The staff I met were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a Queen room, the bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. It's in a quiet area, no road noise. The kitchenette had a two burner cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and enough dishes, cutlery, pots and pans for your stay. You can also request other small appliances, like blenders and crockpots. Everything in the suite was clean and in good repair. I like lots of storage and this suite delivers! For a long-term stay there are dressers and a big closet with hanging space and wire racks. The bedside tables also offer a lot of storage. The bathroom was super clean and the vanity also has a lot of storage. The towels were nice and fluffy. I loved that the bathtub had a big grab bar and an anti-slip rubber mat. The hot breakfast was really tasty! Lots of food choices and can be as healthy --or not--if you want. There were 2 hot entrees. I had a delicious cheese and spinach frittata, oatmeal with blueberry and strawberry sauce, and fresh fruit. There are different kinds of yogurt, and several kinds of bread for toast. They had 2 kinds of scones and even gluten-free muffins. There's coffee available 24 hours a day!
