Football playoffs
We went there to watch the football playoffs. They had closed the sports bar for remodel at the height of the playoffs. Plenty of square footage and plenty of TVs. That left one large screen for viewing the game. Jam packed, nowhere to sit and if wanted a beverage the line was a joke, . I left. Why they closed the bar is baffling, Whoever came to that decision ( timely remodel) should be required to attend the Super Bowl there. My bet he would look around at the mass of people and think “ maybe we should have put the remodel off a week or two. Sheer stupidity. DONT go there for the Super Bowl thinking you’ll enjoy yourself Wow did you guys sure screws this one up BIg Time. Review from from a longtime customer.

Dirty Hotel
Recently stayed at the hotel for one night. We were traveling through Oregon, and there was very little choice around Florence. Plenty of parking lot space, but as soon as we walked into the reception, we were a little shocked at how switched off/disinterested the receptionist was. No greeting, no welcome, nothing. Our room was on the third floor, and as we walked out of the elevator we were immediately greeted by a really stale smell. Our walk to the room took us along hallways with the most filthiest, stained carpets we ever seen. Entering the room, was a time warp, dated, chipped bath and sink, bed sheet with holes in it. We initially said we would leave, try and find somewhere clean, or even try and sleep in our car, but it was late and we were exhausted, so we stayed. Went downstairs to see our food options, and the bulk of them have closed down, so a dinner of some fruit was it. We have stayed all over the world, Asia, South America etc, and this was one of the dirtiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. I know it was cheap, $168 for the night, but that is no reason to have total disregard for your guests comfort.

Could use a few improvements.
My husband and I decide to take our travel trailer to this casino for an overnight getaway. Arrival and checking in our trailer into the provided RV space was easy and the security staff was fairly friendly and helpful. We chose this casino for their Three Card Poker table which they opened at our request, there was a dealer at a table with no players, so they moved her to the table we wanted to play at. After losing several hundred dollars we moved to the machines which were very tight and unforgiving, but hey that's gambling. In the evening there was a "Designer Handbag" giveaway from 7-9pm which I entered, the ladies running that were unfriendly and not helpful as I had never played these entry games before and was unfamiliar with how they worked. We had been in the casino all day playing and spending money and decide to grab a bite to eat, at the casino bar, and apparently my name was called during the short time I was off the casino floor and I had won a handbag with some money, BUT I was not able to collect because there is no means of announcing winners inside the bar while still spending money. So I lost out on my prize and hope the person who collected was a happy winner. That being said, there should be a reader board or verbal announcement of these game winners inside the bar area to keep it fair. I spoke with other patrons that had the same complaint. All in all we had a good time, the Three Card Poker table we are so fond of never opened back up after we left the table and they didn't have enough staff to man the table in the evening, so we were disappointed in that. We will go back but if you enter one of the promotional drawings get all the drawing time details or you will miss out!!

Don’t waste your money or your time!
Place is a joke. Tight machines and the security is hostile and make it an uncomfortable place to be. Small and not very good selection of machines. You are better off going down to the Mill casino or north to Chinook winds.

Great for Blackjack
This is a great place to play Blackjack. They have low limits, 3/2 Blackjack, and super friendly dealers. The comps are generous. I haven’t met any staff who aren’t very nice. The food is good too. I love this place.
