The Local motel & shops were created as a central, ‘basecamp’ location in the heart of Eugene for all of your adventures nearby & throughout the state of Oregon.
Designed and curated by Jordan Iverson, a local, born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. He designed each room using colors and materials cohesive to the area. Each room also features unique photography or artwork inspired by the PNW, that he created for this motel.
Each of the 11 fully renovated rooms feature plush mattresses, upscale bath amenities, & aesthetic interior furnishings & designer details.
