Friendly front desk staff allowed for early check in. Spacious attractive foyer and common areas. Comfortable room of reasonable size. Nice friendly happy hour in restaurant. Convenient onsite parking.

LOVE the Grand in Salem!
LOVE the Grand in Salem!! It’s centrally located, the room was nice and clean, customer service was on point, the parking was so convenient and the complimentary breakfast was delicious - this property has it all!!

It is grand
The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is top notch. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Bridget shared her personal hair spray with us. One of her colleagues offered to run to the store for us. The free buffet breakfast was among the best I have seen.
