Stay Away
Horrible experience. The place is run down (e.g., no plates on one electrical outlet, bathroom door was “fixed” with duct tape, front door had no bottom seal (allowing access for bugs and vermin), bird feces all over the building, etc. Had we not already paid, we would have left, On top of it, they charged us $325 for fraudulent reasons, which we are contesting now.

Disgusting Conditions and a Owner Who Refused to Make It Right
Do not stay here. The online photos are completely misleading. We arrived to find a room that smelled overwhelmingly of mildew, had holes in the blanket, a brown stain in the bathtub, a freezer caked with frost with the freezer door removed and sitting to the side, a torn window screen, no sliding patio door as shown in the listing, and no smoke detectors. The room felt dirty, rundown, and unsafe. We never stayed. We immediately returned the keys to the office. The employee asked why we were leaving, listened as we explained the condition of the room, accepted the keys back, and told us she would ask the manager to refund us since we weren't staying. The owner later refused, basically saying we "booked what we booked " and that they could have given us a different blanket! Not that it would have made a difference considering everything else that was unacceptable, but why should we even have to ask. It certainly wasn't offered when we complained at the hotel. That response is unacceptable when the room bears little resemblance to what is advertised. We paid $306 for one night, used nothing, and drove more than two hours back home because we refused to stay in those conditions. The employee even acknowledged that the beautiful room shown online was probably a "model" unit—not the room we were assigned. Had I seen the numerous negative reviews on other websites before booking, I never would have stayed here. This property is grossly misrepresented online, and the refusal to refund a room that was rejected immediately only made the experience worse. Save your money and book somewhere that accurately represents its accommodations and stands behind its customers.

A scam
This place is a sham and incredibly scammy, reserved a room, cancelled well within timeframe, received an email confirming cancellation, then was charged full amount, disputed charge, they then sent 1/2 of charge back to card , then they(terimore ) recharged , the 1/2 portion, finally solved everything, only because I saved email, they are not even based off n Netarts, they are based in Beaverton, can’t call them directly, this place and it owners are scammers

Needs some TLC!
Paperthin walls, could hear everything happening in the room next to me and also the balcony room above me. Small room, small bathroom. Body odor smell on the bed which was very uncomfortable. Property is in need of some TLC for sure. The check-in person was friendly and the bay view was nice, however, i would not stay here again due to the rundown vibe of the place.
