Sweet Home Inn is quietly nestled just one block off Main St. (Hwy 20) and is within easy driving distance to Foster and Green Peter lakes, hiking trails, picturesque McDowell Creek Falls, the Weddle covered bridge, boating, and two excellent golf courses – the Pineway and Mallard Creek. Our small town comes alive with entertainment and activities for the whole family, but our quiet location, comfortable rooms, exceptional value, great service and amenities make us the ideal choice for travelers to the area.

Best experience ever!!!! Love Lina the manager! She truly cares about you as if you're her family!!!
This was my first trip to Sweet Home Oregon. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our 4 day trip. Lina the manger is the most sweetest person I have ever met. The rooms are clean and the outside is well maintained. I felt so safe and comfortable here. The housekeepers are respectful. If you need anything day or night Lina is happy to assist you. Beds are comfortable and the property is safe. You really feel at home. I WILL ALWAYS RESIDE HERE ON MY NEXT TRIP. THANK YOU SWEET HOME INN!!!!!!!
Stay here in Sweet Home!
We had an amazing stay at the Sweet Home Inn. The quaint motel had amazing service, kind owners and a friendly smile every time you walked out the door. Great community! We definitely recommend this stay.
Awesome place to visit!
I have been going to the Oregon Jamboree for almost 30 years. Each year I have to get my Sweet Home Inn fix! The owner/Manager is Lina is AMAZING! The rooms and property is extremely clean and well maintained. I hate leaving here each year! You will always be made to feel welcomed at the Sweet Home Inn!
This a great motel. The owner Lena was super nice and friendly. It's clean, the parking lot it smooth and nice if you walk barefoot to go get ice like I did. One of the best things about this place... The sign out from spins. So freaking cool. I will stay here again for sure.
Good luck cancelling if your plans change...very sketchy.
Can't comment on the room or location since I didn't stay there, but trying to cancel a reservation has been an absolute nightmare. I requested cancellation via email well ahead of the 2-day cancellation deadline for a full refund, but did not receive a response. Knowing that the reservation date was approaching and wanting to avoid any confusion about whether or not I would be charged, I called the next day to confirm that they had received the email, but the phone just rang for several minutes and never gave me the option of leaving a message. So, I followed up with ANOTHER email, again asking for confirmation that they had received my multiple requests for cancellation, and again no response. I tried calling twice more, and again, each time it rang continuously with no answer or option to leave a message. So, imagine my surprise when I rexeived an emailed invoice for one night's stay (my original reservation was for two nights), and see that they've charged my card for two nights. I emailed twice more trying to sort this out and again received no response. Noticed this morming that they had refunded less than one night's fee, and called again this morning to try to actually speak to someone to sort it out. Luckily, someone did answer this time, but rather than apologizing for their mistake, she argued with me about how much I had been charged (while I was looking at my bank app showing that I had been charged almost $200 more than she said their records showed), and said that, although I may have sent my cancellation request in advance of the 2-day cutoff for a full refund, they hadn't checked their email until later in the week, so I would still be charged for one night. I made it clear that was not acceptable, and that I expect a full refund. Waiting now to see if they will follow through with that or if I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Either way, this has taken far too much of my time and effort for something that should have been simple. My family reunion is in this area every year, and I will steer clear of Sweet Home Inn from here on out. I hope they can get their front office better organized and make customer communication a higher priority.
