Washed my dog in the bathroom and my shoes got wet and made dirty footprints all over the bathroom and the linoleum by the front door so I cleaned it up with a dirty towel and now they won't give me my security deposit back due to stains they can't wash out. That's a lie. I know you guys can wash them or bleach them. I'll never stay there again! Do not recommend!

We were met with smiles but soon realized this wasn’t what we were expecting. Long story short. Smelled pot smoke in the hallway on our way to our room. We got into the room where we had only one hand towel and one wash cloth. Yes, after requesting another, our request was granted. The floor was filthy (see pictures). The drain stopper in the tub did work. I noticed that when I could not get any hot water from the sink and the tub filled up. Our second day we had our hands full at the back door and our key no longer worked. Yes, walking to the front desk that was remedied. But what a PITA! If you travel over 1,000 miles there little inconvenience and dirty room for the price paid is unacceptable, in my opinion.

Needs Improvement
First, I want to say that everyone I interacted with during my stay was very pleasant and friendly. The staff provided excellent customer service, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, and the pillows were very small. The carpet had several large black stains, which made the room feel unclean. In the bathroom, I found hair that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest, and the toilet paper holder had a sticky residue on it. When I opened the dresser drawers, I also discovered belongings that had been left by a previous guest. While the staff was welcoming and helpful, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were disappointing and significantly impacted my stay.

Good location for what I had planned. Clean, well managed. Enjoyed the hot tub.
