I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and the slide. I have three granddaughters who had a day off of school so I was going to take them to Medford and spend the night and play in the pool. when I called the number that was provided on their website I told the young man the reason we were going and asked what temperature the pool was as I have a hard time getting in cold water and I was going to be the only adult so I would have to get in. He chuckled and said it was 78° so it would be pretty warm. So I booked the room and two weeks later we show up and I go into check-in . when I first went in the place had a-really bad smell and I immediately got a bad feeling just about the whole place. The attendant comes out ask my name and as she’s punching it her computer, I noticed a big sign saying the pool would not be available. I told her that was the only reason that we came to this hotel and she said well there was nothing she could do about it becauseI had booked it on line and it was posted there was no pool. When I tried to explain to her, I did not book it online but on the phone with the number posted on the website she didn’t care. I asked for a manager and was told there was none on duty. I asked for a phone information that I could call and she would give me nothing except for there was a manager name Amanda that might be in the next day I was close to having a meltdown with three little girls so I went outside took a deep breath, got on my phone and found a hotel down the street Called the Holiday Inn express, booked a room and went back in to tell her I wanted a refund. She said not refundable and again told me I had booked it on-line. We left and had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Express. Kind staff, clean atmosphere, great pool. Do yourself a favor, the slide is not worth it (if the pool is functional). Run, don’t walk away from this disgusting place.

The desk clerk was extremely helpful and sweet. Gave me a room on first floor which I loved. Room was nice which was for handicapped which was helpful for me. Nice shower for handicap with bench seat. Bed was very comfortable.

Great big room and the employee's was so nice and very helpful. The waterside was a big hit with the kids. Really good breakfast. We will stay here again ❤️

It was great last weekend.we will see about the 24th and 25th. It's up to you if you want me again.
I had a great time last weekend. I just tried to do the same thing the 24th and 25th. Whoever is at the desk said no. It was 198? For two nights with tax. He's saying it's 101 plus tax. I would like to stay again, But I can't pay that. I like the top floor!. Let me know?

Horrible gross experience
Horrible gross and disgusting there was poop all over the bathroom toilet and walls the couch was filthy with dog hair and there was poop on the pillow case along with sticky stuff stuck onto the carpet floor. The bathroom behind the door was all chewed up and gross.
