Most importantly it was clean for the most part. The carpet could have used a better vacuuming. Other than that it was clean. I own a cleaning business so I know what to look for, it was all good. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good, french toast, bagels, 3 different kinds of muffins, bread for toasting, a few different cold cereals & hot, yogurt, juice, tea & coffee. There was more, I just can't remember it all. I would recommend this hotel, it was comfortable & I felt safe.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years while visiting family. It is so great that they have rooms with 3 queen beds to fit my whole family. The facilities are adequate. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The staff go above and beyond. Our first room had a smoke detector battery needing changed so they put us in a new room. Then I forgot my charger when I left. I called them they had it, they instructed me on how to get a shipping label so that they could ship it to me. I set the label and they sent it to me and emailed me back letting me know they had sent it.

Great value
Room was great, staff was friendly and the location is perfect. Hotel had a nice pool, hot tub and fitness center and easy to locate laundry area.

Showers do not work
Showers do not work. No expectations when checking in to tell you about the showers. When about to jump into the shower, attempted to turn on the water turn the faucet left and right and tried pulling, and nothing happened. Ended up showering from the sink. Called the front desk. They offered to send somebody into my room to turn on my shower water. I’m a 41-year-old strong male and was unable to pull the water on with the instructions they gave me. After speaking with other guests there it is very common
