Stayed overnight for a road trip. Beware…you get what you pay for. Bed bugs infestation. Also, don’t expect to hear from the manager Gabby. The staff will cover up and say the manager is too busy to speak with you. I’ve experienced better customer service at fast food joints. Pathetic customer service!

When I booked this I ensured that pets were permitted. Yes! There was no mention of the additional costs. I expected a nominal charge. $30 per night for 3 nights. It took a reasonably priced hotel and drove up the price. Breakfast was included. Bread/toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled egg, apples, coffee and tea. The tea water was put into a carafe that held coffee and the oils from the coffee could be tasted after adding the tea bag. Every day we deactivated our room keys and had get them reset. No matter where I put the key in my purse, it was deactivated. Good parking. We faced the parking lot and did not hear much noise from the parking lot. We had room 114, and could hear other guests as they clamored down the hall. This is a budget hotel and had all the amenities of a budget hotel. There were a couple maintenance issues in the room and I left the list with the housekeeper when I left. The bathroom faucet dripped and the diverter for the shower did not completely close.

The room was as the photos show. It was neat and fairly updated for the price. My upset was the noise. The walls were paper thin where 3 of my 4 nights of my stay were so noisy from the neighbor's tvs. and the last night kids were running down the hall at 8pm at night. I had an early flight home and was so frustrated by the constant noise. They apparently do not believe in blankets here, because my bed had a sheet, a thin throw blanket, and a decorative top "blanket" all as thin as a sheet. I should have asked for more blankets, but I didn't and that is on me. I just do not understand what has happened to the hotel industry. The hot tub was luke warm and the power jets did not work, which was the whole reason I chose this hotel over others in similar price range. The location of the hotel was convenient to highway and sight seeing things on my list of to-dos, but all in all, I will definitely not stay here again. My son lives in the area so I will pay more next time, or look for Airbnb's instead and hopefully have a more comfortable stay.

Worst experience ever.
I needed a place to stay at 9pm my budget was under $100. Very uncomfortable bed and I was on the first floor. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is clean, probably a newer hotel. Simple breakfast bagels, but they did keep it well stocked. I am a diamond member, but they do not give upgrades.If you're staying on free nights claim, it's Wyndham policy, what other windows have given me upgrades on free nights? I stayed four nights.They're supposed to do cleaning after the third night.But that never happened.I had to go ask for more towels.
