Do NOT STAY here unless you are ok with tired dirty rooms. My wife, son, and I just strayed a few nights at Sunriver. We recommend you do not stay here. We flew here from Virginia and expected a nice clean room. The room was filthy and uncomfortable. The dust on the ceiling is thick and everything is done poorly. The bed my wife and I shared is on a slant. The beds are in a loft, the AC does not cool the loft, so it’s hot all night. There was feces all over the down stairs toilet upon check in. This resort is worse than a dirty old motel 6. We left tired and upset. We reported our concerns the first day and nothing was done. Will never come back.

Great trip!! We stayed in the Lodge and kids played at the pool every day, they loved the slides. All other activities are add ons and worth it! Bring bikes too. Rooms are spacious with fridges and microwaves.

Awesome! Can’t wait to come back.
First time here, though I’m a native Oregonian living out of state. Thought it would be uncomfortable being there solo as it’s almost all families and couples. Staying in the River Lodge in an upgraded room made all the difference! Very private and quiet yet not far from anything I wanted to do. Room was beautiful and roomy (second floor with vaulted ceiling!) and hanging out on the deck plus using the private hot tub? Fantastic. The spa, gym, all the restaurants treated me very well and all staff were friendly and helpful. This place is HUGE but once you get in your groove it’s not so overwhelming. Now have my list of “Next Times) and can’t wait to come back!

Facility and location is great but I wanted to specifically compliment Carson for helping out with my requests and inquires. He went above and beyond plus has a great attitude. He deserves a raise or bonus. You don't want to lose him.
