Spacious by Design, New all suite hotel, convenient to I-5 off exit 27, complimentary hot breakfast buffet served daily, microwave and mini-refrigerator in all rooms, living area with sofabed, desk with ergonomic chair, complimentary HSIA wired and wireless, 24 hour market, close to Harry and David Country Village.

This hotel opened only 7 months ago. It still has that 'New Hotel' smell, and I mean that in a good way. We had a 5:15 am flight from Medford airport, and we chose to stay here the night before. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is literally 5 minutes from the front door of the airport terminal. The room sparkled. It was very quiet. All things considered, it turned out to be the perfect choice for us. We highly recommend this hotel.
We drove from Grass Valley CA and got to Medford about 5 hours later Beautiful Drive through the farmlands of California. Lake Shasta was beautiful and full of water! Finally got to the Springhill Suites only to find out they were not pet friendly! We had our little dog with us. Love coy for us we were able to get a room for our stay across the Parking lot at the Townplace Suite by Marriott. The hotel was pretty new and pet friendly. It was also less expensive so all in all a Blessing in disguise! I will use TownPlace in future trips!
I visit Medford at least 3 times a year, and had been staying here for years, but about a year ago I got fed up with waking up coughing and my lungs hurting and generally feeling crappy and moved to another hotel after the first night (I canceled the rest of my reservation and moved to another hotel). When the girl and the front desk asked why I was moving to another hotel and canceling my stay (which it takes a lot for me to do), I told her something in the AC unit/HVAC was massively irritating my allergies, she responded “oh yah, other guests have left for the same reason.” But apparently the issue is not big enough for the owners to do something about?? My back prefers the beds at this hotel but I unfortunately can never stay here again until they deal with whatever dust/mold/whatever issue is in their HVAC system.
Great bed and great location. Quick on and off the I5. They had filtered water hot and cold by the gym so I enjoyed filling up my water bottle to get back on the road in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. A comfy couch and microwave for handy for warming up some dinner we picked up at Trader Joe’s that was close by.
Nice hotel, no hassels, nice hot tub and pool, Wal-Mart across the street, several restuarants close, clean hotel, quiet rooms and area, I stayed their for 3 weeks, same room no issues. I would stay there again.
